Introduction of Bromamine Acid

Bromamine acid ‘s chemical properties: the appearance is red crystal. Soluble in water.
Use: As the intermediate of anthraquinone reactive dyes and acid anthraquinone dyes important dye intermediate. It is used to manufacture acid anthraquinone dyes, such as weak acid brilliant blue GAW, weak acid brilliant blue R, active brilliant blue m-br, brilliant blue KN-R, brilliant blue k3r, brilliant blue kGr, etc.
The production method is prepared by bromination of 1-aminoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid. The original material 1-aminoanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid of bromic acid can be obtained from 1-aminoanthraquinone by sulfonation with 20% fuming sulfuric acid or chlorosulfonic acid; it can also be obtained from 1-amino-2-bromoanthraquinone by sulfurization, oxidation and hydrolysis. Consumption quota of raw materials: 1-aminoanthraquinone (industrial product) 815kg / T, fuming sulfuric acid (including SO320%) 628kg / T, bromine (99%) 483kg / T.
